The company Rosas & Rosas, Lda was founded by two brothers, Amaro Rosas e Aires Rosas in July 1981, dedicated to the manufacture of regional aluminium kitchenware.

Later, the company was separated into two, Aires Fernandes Rosas & Filhos, Lda for the regional products, and Rosas & Rosas, Lda for the manufacture of general kitchenware. With course of time, the product range increased and the company started to manufacture large capacity ware dedicated to hotels. After that, was launched a high quality line of nonstick products, designed for domestic use.
